Beets cooked in the oven

Baked beets are easy to do in the oven. Just rinse and wrap in aluminum foil. No need to peel them before wrapping the beets.

Rinse, wrap, bake for 1 hour. Peel with your hands and slice.

They are ready for a beet salad.
