FAQs

Why did you create this group program? I believe that nutrition is powerful to prevent and treat diseases and it should be simple and fun to cook and eat nutritious meals.

What’s the difference between 1:1 nutrition coaching with you and this group program? One-on-one sessions with me are personalized nutrition coaching which is wonderful when you need specific nutrition recommendations. This group program adds the same coaching I do on 1:1 but it will be fun to get in the kitchen, learn together, and I will be available weekly.

Will you give meal plans? Yes, I will provide one weekly meal plans. The intention is to use it as a guide to show how easy it is to prepare and eat healthy meals. Here is the good news, I will provide recipes and a grocery list weekly for us to cook and taste healthy eating together. 

Will I lose weight in this program? I often see weight loss come as a result of healthy eating however, this is going to depend on your existing diet and your existing wellness routine. What I do know is that if you continue to implement these healthy habits, weight loss could be a positive result of joining this program but it is not the core focus of our time here.
