Easy salad to celebrate the 4th of July. While we celebrate with ice cream and desserts, there is always a space for salad. Or is it the other way around? I like my version. Here, I have an easy and refreshing salad that can even be made for any summer night.

By the way, to go along with the celebration this is also a four-ingredient salad.
Also a 4-ingredient salad: lettuces, feta cheese, tomatoes, and blueberries.
If you don’t have feta cheese, easy to substitute with mozzarella cheese. Any lettuce you have on hand will work. I have spinach and baby lettuces in here. Serve with a homemade salad dressing on the side.
Any salad dressing will work; for example, mix extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and whisk until combined. Enjoy and send me a comment below if you make it.
