Egg mini bagel takes less than five minutes

A homemade egg mini bagel for breakfast is a better option than heading for the drive-thru. All you need to do is press the button to cook the egg in the microwave and put it on a mini bagel. That’s it, this recipe is a flash in the microwave. This is an easy and quick way to prepare breakfast in less than five minutes.

The scrambled egg for this sandwich was cooked in a glass ramekin in the microwave for only 80 seconds. A quick breakfast when you’re in a rush.

Depending on your microwave, try cooking the egg in less than a minute and see how it goes. Some new microwaves can do this in less than 50 seconds to have a nice fluffy scrambled egg.

Grease the glass dish or ramekin for the egg to not stick. Add flavor by mixing in a little of your favorite shredded cheese and salt, and press the microwave button to cook.

Each mini bagel is about 125 calories, 25 grams of carbohydrates, and 1 gram of dietary fiber. This is for the brand name Thomas.

Look for whole-grain mini bagels that have more fiber.

A large egg provides 70 calories, 0 grams of carbohydrates, and 6 grams of protein.

Toast your mini bagel, place your scrambled egg, and enjoy.

Add fruit to your breakfast for a well-balanced diet.
