Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 3 tbsp fig butter or fig spread
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is well combined.
- Make 13 balls and place them on a plate or small sheet pan. Transfer to the fridge for at least 20 minutes to set.
- It is ready to eat or store in a covered jar in the fridge for about a week.
