Here is a fresh pear juice to refresh you. A simple juice that is sweet and fast and there is no need to add sugar. I like to recommend this juice to use ripe pears. Keep them in the fridge to make them last a little longer. Don’t throw them away, join me in the practice of zero food waste and make this juice.

Rinse spinach leaves gently over cold water. If you purchased already rinsed baby spinach then there is no need to rinse them.
Start with a handful of baby spinach leaves and add a couple of cilantro sprigs to a blender. Add the ripe pear, water, and juice of 1/2 lime. If it is too thick, then add a tablespoon or two of water. That’s it.
Blend until smooth and it’s ready to drink.

Here are the ingredients:
One ripe pear, a handful of spinach, 1/2 of fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup water, and some cilantro leaves. It is only four ingredients.
This makes about 3/4 cup of pear juice.

Usually, I don’t count the amounts of each ingredient, just get the idea and make yourself a homemade natural juice to fit your style.

This last photo was one of the first food photographs that I took for this blog. I can’t get rid of it because it reminds me of the old times.
